Let's discuss willpower, shall we?

a little off base: Having omitted red meat & pork from my diet at age 17 and adapting a ‘clean’ way of cooking for several years (which honestly began due to a lack of income rather than a nutritional mind set), going ‘vegan’ was probably not an entirely surprising move. I have created this online journal for myself to note the real successes, struggles, and menu items created on this journey, to see how far I’ve come and share with a few friends who understand that it’s not always as easy as it seems – but it’s worth it and delicious (almost) every step of the way.
